Please note: If you’re a Pärla Hair Bride, you do not need to submit an online reservation form, as these details will be discussed at your trial appointment. Anyone in your bridal party wishing to rent extensions is required to submit their details in the form linked below.

How To Reserve Your Set of Extensions

In-Person Pick Up & Drop Off (Ottawa Area)

Step 1: Submit your details in the online reservation form

Step 2: Book your colour match appointment

Step 3: Pick up your extensions on the Wednesday leading up to your event

Step 4: Drop off your extensions on the Monday following your event

The Hair Extension Rental Program is only available for in-person pick up and drop off. Shipping options are no longer available.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much is renting hair extensions?

Each 5 day rental is $115 plus tax.

Can I rent a set for my bridal trial and the day of the wedding?

Yes! The trial & wedding day package is $175 plus tax and includes 2 x rentals.

How long is the rental period?

The rental period is 5 days.

Pick-Up = Wednesdays between 12:00pm – 5:00pm

Drop-Off = Mondays between 10:00am – 5:00pm

Please keep this in mind when scheduling your bridal hair trial appointment.

How far in advance should I secure my rental?

It’s encouraged to submit your online reservation form at least 4 weeks before your event. During high season (May-October), stock and availability for a colour match appointment are limited.

What extensions shades do you have available?

All extension rentals are from BFB Hair. I currently have the following shades available:

What lengths of extensions do you have available?

For most shades, I have 3 lengths available: 15, 19, and 21 inches.

Can my stylist trim the extensions?

No, no permanent changes can be made to the extension rentals. During your consultation, you and Kira will discuss what your goals are and choose the right length for your hair type and desired style.

Can I purchase a set of hair extensions if I don't want to rent them?

You can purchase directly through BFB Hair! If you need help colour matching or choosing the right option for you, you may schedule a consultation with Kira.

Where do I pick up and drop off my hair extensions rental?

At Pärla Hair studio located in Hintonburg (987 Wellington Street West, Suite 300, Ottawa, ON)

How are the extensions washed and sanitized between each client?

Each set is carefully inspected upon return and washed using an anti-fungal shampoo. If we feel that the extension set has been compromised, it will be discarded and removed from the rental stock.
